Reconciliation
Reconciliation means that you go up the priest and confess your sins and say sorry. Then when you are in with the priest, he will forgive you for what you have done. Confirmation
We receive this sacrament at the same time as Eucharist. Eucharist and Confirmation sort of have a special relationship with each other. Confirmation is a special time when all of your family and friends comes to see you receiving the third sacrament. The sacrament of confirmation. When you receive the sacrament of Confirmation, each child doing this sacrament gets a special sponsor and a Christion name. Holy orders is a special time only for men. Men can only receive this sacrament by sacrificing the fifth sacrament which is marriage. Women CAN NOT receive this sacrament. |
Baptism
The water symbolizes the way that Jesus was baptized in the river Jordan. Jesus was baptized by John. The dove symbolizes the way it came down from heaven to see Jesus after he was baptized by John. When the dove came down and spoke to Jesus, Jesus did not know what was going on. Eucharist
Eucharist means that you receive this sacrament you receive Jesus and he will be apart of us and be with us until we die. We receive this sacrament at the same time as Confirmation. Marriage
Marriage is a time when a man and a women live together with intention of raising a family with constant love they share. Anointing of the sick
Anointing of the sick is a time when most people start to get really sick. You can mostly receive this sacrament as an elder. You can sometimes receive this sacrament as a teenager. |
